NEP 2020 and the Future of STEM Education in India

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 marks one of the most significant shifts in Indian education in decades - placing a strong emphasis on experiential learning, coding, computational thinking, and skill development from an early age.

For schools, this means moving beyond textbook-only instruction toward project-based, hands-on programs that build real competencies. Robotics, AI, IoT, and design thinking are no longer 'extracurricular' - they are becoming core to how students engage with science and mathematics.

Our STEM & Innovation Education division designs its Curriculum Programs (Classes 9-12) around exactly this shift - combining CBSE-aligned coursework in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automotive Technology, and Design Thinking & Innovation with practical, lab-based learning.

Alongside curriculum support, our Specialized and Aerospace programs help schools build Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL)-style ecosystems - giving students access to robotics kits, CanSat components, BCI hardware, and mentorship that brings NEP 2020's vision of skill-based education to life.
