Director's Message

One Company,
Five Divisions, One Vision

Lyran Technology & Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is a multi-divisional technology company. Through Lyran Labs, we operate across five integrated divisions — Aerospace & Space Technologies, Neurotechnology & BCI Research, AI, Robotics & Automation, Enterprise Digital Solutions, and STEM & Innovation Education — each building real systems, running real research, and training the people who go on to operate them. As Director, Strategy & Vision, my role is to make sure these five divisions move as one organization — sharing a single roadmap, a single engineering standard, and a single long-term direction.

That means every new lab, partnership, or program — whether it's a satellite-design initiative from our Aerospace division, a brain-computer interface research line from Neurotechnology, or an industrial automation deployment from AI, Robotics & Automation — is measured against the same question: does it strengthen the company as a whole, and does it create a clear path for the people we train to grow into the people who build, operate, and lead this work.

My responsibility is to keep that thread consistent — from strategic decisions at the company level down to the experience of a single learner in a single lab — so that Lyran Labs grows as one coherent technology organization, not a collection of separate departments.

Our Mission & Vision

What we stand for and where we are headed

Our Mission

Lyran Technology & Innovation Pvt. Ltd. exists to build real technology and to put that same engineering discipline into the hands of learners and businesses. Through Lyran Labs, our five divisions — Aerospace & Space Technologies, Neurotechnology & BCI Research, AI, Robotics & Automation, Enterprise Digital Solutions, and STEM & Innovation Education — design systems, run research, and deliver that work as labs, programs, and consulting for schools, colleges, universities, and industry. One organization, one engineering standard, applied everywhere we work.

Our Vision

To be a global technology organization known for original work in aerospace, space research, and brain-computer interfaces — and for bringing that same standard of engineering into every classroom and enterprise we serve. We're building Centres of Excellence across all five of our divisions, growing the bench of engineers, researchers, and educators who can deliver this work at scale, and expanding from India into international markets over time.
